E-invoicing turns invoicing into a system requirement. Invoices raised in ERP, accounting and billing tools must reach the framework in a structured format, and rejections must be fixed at source, without re-keying.
Validation
Invoices are checked before they are sent, so rejections are caught and fixed at source.
Transmission
Invoices are transmitted to the NRS e-invoicing framework.
Status tracking
Each invoice carries its Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and a delivery status you can see, alongside its payment status.
Source-system integration
ERP, accounting and billing systems are mapped and connected, so invoices flow without being re-keyed.
From your systems to the framework.
Your systems
