How we handle your enquiry

What we collect. The details you type into the form: your name, email address, organisation and message, and for project requests the service, description and any budget or timeline you choose to give.
Why. Only to reply to your enquiry and, for project requests, to discuss and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to mailing lists.
How. Your enquiry is sent to our team by email through our email provider. It is not stored in a database on this website, and it is not written to our application logs. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person. Our website analytics count that an enquiry was sent, without your name, email address or message.
How long. We keep enquiry emails for seven years, then delete them.
Your rights. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing communications@byteflow.com.ng.
